No. This journey is first for you. Some may feel naturally called to support others after deep inner work, while others may prefer to continue their silent journey. If you feel sincerely ready, Aham Shoonyam ji will personally guide you on how to hold space for others — but there is no expectation or obligation.

Yes! We offer Online Yoga TTC and a 200-Hour Online Pranayama TTC, allowing you to learn from anywhere with flexible scheduling.

The program will be based around the 7 steps of the ATR program, with a combination of discourse and explanation about the steps and guided practice of each step.

This is a silent retreat.

However, there will be opportunities for a Q and A at the end of day 2
