The residential programs include accommodation, meals, course materials, and guided training sessions with experienced teachers.

Our courses are open to all levels. Beginners can start with the 100-Hour or 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, while experienced practitioners can deepen their practice with the 300-Hour or 500-Hour TTC. Specialized courses in Pranayama and Meditation are suitable for anyone interested in breathwork and mindfulness.

For the 100-Hour and 200-Hour TTC, no prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn. The 300-Hour TTC requires a 200-Hour certification. The 500-Hour TTC does not require prior certification, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners looking for a complete training.

Upon successful completion, you will receive a Yoga Alliance-certified certificate, allowing you to teach yoga globally.

• 200-Hour TTC is the foundational course for aspiring yoga teachers.

• 300-Hour TTC is an advanced program for those who have completed 200-Hour TTC.

• 500-Hour TTC combines both 200 and 300-Hour TTC into one comprehensive training.

Yes! We offer Online Yoga TTC and a 200-Hour Online Pranayama TTC, allowing you to learn from anywhere with flexible scheduling.

Our in-person courses take place in two serene locations—Rishikesh and Uttarkashi. Both locations provide a peaceful environment for immersive learning, away from the main city.

The retreat will take place at a private residential venue inAbergavenny (Wales), England, providing a quiet and peaceful environment and keeping group sizes small for a more intimate and personal experience.

The venue is situated in a natural woodland place, which supports you to delve deeper without distractions. Participants will be staying in nearby hotel or B&B accommodation, which they can select and book themselves. The retreat organisers can help with suggesting accommodation options and travel arrangements.

The program will be based around the 7 steps of the ATR program, with a combination of discourse and explanation about the steps and guided practice of each step.

This is a silent retreat.

However, there will be opportunities for a Q and A at the end of day 2
