I’ve seen a mix. Generating ones create text, images, through website that sort of thing. Sorting and predicting ones work more with organizing info or estimating outcomes. Both follow their rules and draw on existing data. Can run with less input or stay interactive. Results still depend on what’s fed in, the structure, and the purpose. Shows up in everyday use and more targeted applications.
