Nikita Kashyap is a certified yoga teacher from Rishikesh with experience in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Therapeutic Yoga. She holds a Master’s in Yoga, certifications in Yoga Therapy, Pranic Healing, and a Diploma in Yoga Science. 


Her sessions are rooted in traditional yogic wisdom, offering a calm and healing experience.

In these 1-on-1 online sessions, you receive a practice tailored to your unique body and life circumstances. Each class blends therapeutic asana, functional exercises, mobility and strength drills, breathwork, and guided relaxation, helping you release pain, prevent injury, and rebuild stability.
