Meet The Teacher
Disha Pandey
Not just a teacher, but a fellow yoga practioner and a spiritual sadhak.
Someone who tries to create a space where the mind settles, the body restores, and the heart feels at home.
Disha has spent years immersed in ancient yogic wisdom while staying deeply curious about modern insights into the body, mind, and human behaviour. Her approach goes far beyond the mat, guiding students through life’s complexities with presence, depth, and gentle clarity.
This isn’t the kind of yoga that asks you to touch your toes or stand on your head. It’s the kind that helps you untangle - from stress, self-doubt, overthinking, fatigue, and the pressure to always be more.
With a grounding in Hatha and Ashtanga traditions, and years of practice enriched by ongoing learning in breathwork, anatomy, mindfulness, and emotional resilience, Disha supports students in moving from reaction to response, anxiety to awareness, and restlessness to calm.
You’ll be guided not just through movement and breath, but through real inner work, learning how to stand taller, love more wisely, release what doesn’t serve, and reconnect with that quiet place inside you that always knows the way.

About the Class
This class is open to beginner and intermediate practitioners. Even if you’re already experienced in asana, you’re welcome here. Especially if you're looking to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move beyond performance into presence.
Each session includes breathwork, mindful movement, gentle inquiry, and guided relaxation, with the aim of supporting both physical and emotional wellbeing.
We work on flexibility, functional mobility, active range of motion, injury prevention, and postural alignment because a stable, pain-free body is essential for deepening any spiritual practice.
This is not about pushing harder. It’s about creating space in the body and mind, reconnecting with yourself, and letting the practice work through you. Whether you're here to build strength or to soften, to release old patterns or simply to breathe, you're welcome.
