About the class

This is a group for beginners. The intention is to help you familiarize yourself with the world of Yoga and lead a life with good physical and mental health. We will cover all aspects of Yoga - on and off the mat.

About the Teacher

Finding stillness in movement

My yoga journey spans 5 years, and it's been an incredibly humbling experience. In 2021, I completed my 200 Hours Hatha Yoga Teachers Training from Sivananda after 2 years of disciplined practice. I followed it up by a 300 Hours Ashtanga Yoga Teachers Training in 2022 from Mysore. In 2023, I took up a 50 Hours Aerial Teachers Training course to explore more, an anatomy course to deepen my understanding of the human body and a scientific pranayama course to deepend my understanding of breathwork. This journey of learning is never going to end.


Beyond the physical, yoga is a path of humility and inward growth. I strive to embody this on and off the mat, and I'm here to share this transformative journey with you. Join me in seizing the day with a humble heart, making the most of every day, as we explore the timeless wisdom of yoga and its promise to nurture healthier, happier and more fulfilling lives. 🙏
