This is a comparatively affordable retreat, where you can following the same content and schedule as normal retreats in the same location but in a very affordable format. Facilitators will play recorded sessions from original Aham Shoonyam content to guide the sessions. No teacher will be present, but participants will have the opportunity to attend an online Q&A session with a senior teacher after the retreat to address any questions.


The benefits of this retreat cannot be compared with the original retreats because the presence of the teacher has a great impact, but still the vibes of the place will support you to experience the depth of meditation more so than when practicing alone at home.

This retreat is for rational thinkers who understand the importance of intellect based self enquiry. You will learn how to shift the attention from the layers of mind to the sense of consciousness.


By keeping the attention in the sense of consciousness, you will experience relief from the chaos of overthinking. You will have more clarity on how you can stay happy by keeping the attention in stillness or in positive thought patterns.

During this retreat you will learn techniques based on our flagship Attention Training & Realignment program. This program is designed around a step by step intellectual understanding of how the mind works and how to use the mind as a helpful tool rather than being a slave of the mind. The program is not based on any belief system but rather focuses on experiential knowledge.


What is the Attention Training & Realignment program?


The Attention Training & Realignment program is a seven step method to train the attention to shift away from thought patterns to the stillness of being conscious or to positive thought patterns. Through these techniques, gradually a person can gain more control and freedom to use the mind in productive activities rather than wasting time in overthinking and negative thought patterns. It also opens up the possibility of discovering the true nature of the self, which is also described as self-realisation.

The seven steps of the Attention Training & Realignment program are:


1. PCA : Presence centred anchoring (Spending time in a high vibe environment and immersing yourself in teachings of an expert teacher for clarity of mind, deep insights and constant reminders to stay present)


2. EPIC : Enquiry based Program for Intellectual Clarity (Self enquiry based intellectual understanding of how the mind works and how to transform the mind)


3. SMTDS : Subconscious mind training during sleep (training the subconscious mind through powerful subliminal affirmations by listening to an expert master's audio recording)


4. SMTWA: Subconscious mind training while awake (training the subconscious mind through powerful self affirmations/mantras)


5. BCAT : Being Centred Attention Training (Practice of bringing attention back to the present moment through our techniques. Practice being alert like a cat)


6. MPS : Mental Pattern Shifting (Learning how to shift the attention from negative thought patterns to positive patterns through gratitude)

Enjoy our local gastronomy. Locally grown fresh organic vegetarian meals prepared at our center will be served.


A selection of meals will be chosen to support the meditation training and the self-transformation process undergoing during the camp.


You will have the option to practice 16 hour intermittent fasting, which has been scientifically proven to help the body to heal itself, and also it helps in the practices we will be doing to calm the mind. During the retreat, nutritious and satisfying meals will be prepared by the chef for brunch and dinner, with fruits and light options available for breakfast if you do not wish to practice intermittent fasting or cannot for health reasons.

COVID POLICIES

We are only hosting fewer guests per retreat which makes it very safe. Everyone will be having their own cottage. The cottages have attached washroom which is cleaned daily.


There is plenty of space on the property to be physically distant from other participants
