Nikita is a medical and nursing yoga therapist with a master’s in yoga and RYS- 300 & 200 certifications. With expertise in Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series and Hatha Yoga, Nikita’s holistic approach to healing combines yoga, Ayurveda, and naturopathy, making her classes suitable for students of all ages.

Food
Nourish your body with soul-soothing meals crafted from fresh, local ingredients. The food served at our centre is vegan-friendly and organic, inspired by the classical recovery dishes of Ayurvedic and Indian cooking. You’ll experience the deep benefits of the yogic diet – with healing, nourishing vegan and ‘sattvic’ foods. In addition, you’ll eat the most incredible healing plant foods directly from nature.
Please note that we follow intermittent fasting at the centre. We serve at the following times.

IMPORTANT: If you wish to order something apart from what is already served, you can communicate it separately to the kitchen staff and pay them for it directly as it will not be included in the retreat cost.

We have 5 small cottages with elementary facilities – a double bedroom with a private bath, hot water, and a toilet.
We provide each visitor with a comfortable resting place, fledged with all the trendy comforts for a convenient stay.
Pricing:
$479/INR 40,180 per person all inclusive (minus travel) per cottage single occupancy.
$777/INR 65,296 for a couple/duo all inclusive (minus travel) per cottage with a double bed.

The venue is located in a small village, 15 km from the main Rishikesh area. Its distance from the city makes it a quiet and peaceful setting, where the only sounds you hear are those of nature.

COVID POLICIES
We are only hosting fewer guests per retreat which makes it very safe. Everyone will be having their own cottage. The cottages have attached washroom which is cleaned daily.
