6 Day Himalayan Yoga Retreat in Nainital

This retreat is for spiritual seekers who have realized that yoga books and videos are not effective until you experience 'direct insight' into yogic states.

Summary

During this retreat, you will gain clarity about yoga and spirituality, learn to focus on what truly matters in life, and discover techniques to manage your mind effectively.

Rather than inundating you with techniques, our approach provides a deep understanding of the mind's layers, how it operates, methods of self-inquiry to realize your true self, and which yoga practices resonate with you. Our goal is to move beyond theories and philosophy to offer genuine yogic experiences.

You will explore the four paths of yoga, discover which path aligns best with you, and learn to integrate these practices into your daily life.

Our retreat unfolds in the foothills of the Himalayas, where the potent energy supports introspection and access to higher states of consciousness. Here, you will not only meditate in nature but also connect with the trees, mountains, birds, and pure Himalayan air

Description

Our approach is not to inundate you with theories but to facilitate unlearning unnecessary spiritual information, dispelling misconceptions and doubts. We offer effective methods to experience authentic yoga in straightforward language that you can apply independently in your daily life.

We cover all four paths of yoga – Gyana yoga, Bhakti yoga, Karma yoga, and Kriya yoga – so you can discern which resonates with you. We strive to make it simple to apply these practices in your everyday life.

Sessions include a balance of meditation techniques, asana practice, and discourses to clarify doubts and facilitate genuine yogic experiences.

Please do not expect extensive yoga asana sessions, as our primary focus is on meditation. However, there will be mild forms of asanas or stretching exercises to strengthen the body without hindering deep meditative states.

The optimal way to experience this retreat is to arrive with an open mind, free of expectations, and immerse yourself in the camp's presence and pure vibes. This openness will facilitate inner silence.
